Dear Friends and Supporters,
We celebrate the 5th anniversary of Oretes Consulting Private Limited. Over the past fiscal year, we have worked as one to execute the Business Structural Reforms laid out in the single-year management plan and activate our all sectors. I’m pleased to report that we are forecasting a return to profitability at the ordinary income level by the end of this financial year. So first of all, let me thank you for your efforts over the past year.
In this year September we got the StartUp recognition from both Government of India and Government of Odisha for our Upcoming product VOICE. I am hopeful at the end of this financial year we will launch VOICE.
In this year we launched seven products. Out of that three products from Software Application, Two products from Mobile Application, Two Products from Publication. During July we launched our e-POS Restaurant Management Application Software. Which gave us many appreciation and motivation to develop for Bakery Management Software. Also we converted this e-POS Software Application to Android App. For this work I really appreciate my Team who always provide their best effort and dedication.
In Mobile Application, We launched our first mobile SAP T-Code Dictionary App in September as free App in Google Play Store. And we got an overwhelming response by 1000+ download from 135+ countries with 35+ Reviews and the average rating of 4.9/5 in one month. Which motivate us to make this App Paid. From October we release the Paid App with 24×7 Support. In December we launch our second Paid Android App Oretes University Dictionary. It Supports 50k+ University data which helps the Students to find out the best University around the globe according to their choice.
In publication, We published our First book Two Stories by Minaketan Panda, Currently we sold 300+ books, and we hopeful at the end of this financial year we will able to sell 500+ Books and This book is available in Kindle for the global readers. The second book Android Application Development: A Beginner’s Guide available in Kindle from today.
In Training, we started the AI, Android Development and SAP-ISU simultaneously from November. Currently we are running two Batches of students in AI and Android Developments.
What we do the next?
To paraphrase a quote from Oscar Wilde — we need to believe in the impossible and remove the improbable.
This starts with clarity of purpose and sense of mission that will lead us to imagine the impossible and deliver it. We need to prioritize innovation that is centered on our core value of empowering users and organizations to “do more.” We have picked a set of high-value activities as part of our One Oretes strategy. And with every service and device launch going forward we need to bring more innovation to bear around these scenarios.
Next, every one of us needs to do our best work, lead and help drive cultural change. We sometimes underestimate what we each can do to make things happen and overestimate what others need to do to move us forward. We must change this.
Finally, I truly believe that each of us must find meaning in our work. The best work happens when you know that it’s not just work, but something that will improve other people’s lives. This is the opportunity that drives each of us at this company.
Many companies aspire to change the world. But very few have all the elements required: Sense of Equality, Faithfulness & Dedication and Can-do Attitude. Oretes has proven that it has all three in abundance.
